Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Take the next step in your career as a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician! This full-time contract opportunity is designed for compassionate RBTs eager to make a positive impact working 1:1 with a 9th grade student in an educational setting near Lynn, MA. Partner closely with certified educators and behavior analysts to implement effective behavioral interventions that help students thrive both academically and socially.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or developmental needs Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to build strong rapport with students and communicate effectively with school staff Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data collection and reporting Previous experience in a school or classroom setting is a plus
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support services to a high school freshman Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition goals Provide consistent reinforcement, feedback, and support to foster positive behavior Collaborate with classroom teams, special education staff, and family when appropriate Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development activities Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in every interaction Enjoy the flexibility and rewarding nature of contract work while making a lasting difference in the life of a student.
