Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current RBT certification required Experience supporting behavior plans in school or similar child-focused environments Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards Ability to implement ABA interventions as directed by

BCBAs Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral intervention services to students Record and report on data relevant to student progress Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to promote consistency and success Support the implementation of individualized education and behavior plans Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment Communicate proactively with supervising BCBA and participate in meetings as needed
