Centria Autism is seeking a Chinese Speaking Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, center, and community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans, run structured teaching sessions, collect and record behavior data, and follow behavior intervention plans to build communication, social, and daily living skills. You will collaborate with families and clinicians, receive structured training and ongoing coaching, and support a mission-driven, child- and family-centered culture focused on clinical excellence, compassion, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in various settings Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Collect, record, and report accurate behavior and skill-acquisition data Follow behavior protocols to manage challenging behaviors safely Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and care teams on client progress Participate in initial and ongoing ABA and safety training Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate client interactions Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and documentation Behavior intervention plan implementation Functional communication training support Crisis prevention and de-escalation basics Mandarin or Cantonese fluency Basic computer and electronic health record use Time management and session scheduling Collaboration with clinical teams Patient and family communication
