We especially encourage students and recent graduates pursuing careers in psychology, education, special education, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, social work, behavior analysis, or related fields to apply. If you're looking for meaningful hands-on experience while being mentored by a BCBA in a supportive environment, we'd love to help you grow. What You'll Be Doing You'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, helping them build communication, play, social, and daily living skills through fun, engaging activities. Every child is different, so no two days look exactly the same! You'll never be expected to figure things out on your own. I'll provide ongoing guidance, training, and support so you feel confident every step of the way. We're Looking for Someone Who... Loves working with children. Is patient, positive, and dependable. Is excited to learn and grow professionally. Communicates well with families and teammates. Has reliable transportation and is comfortable traveling to client homes and community locations. Is interested in a career in psychology, education, ABA, or a related field. No ABA experience? That's completely okay! We'd much rather hire someone with a caring heart and willingness to learn than someone who simply checks every box. We'll provide training and support to help you succeed. Because services are provided in clients' homes and community settings, work locations may vary based on client needs and availability . Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations are required.
