Job Summary

EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments.

Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.

Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and assessment results.

Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.

Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.

Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and other clinical staff.

Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
