Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. About the
Role:
As a RBT, you will work closely with our team of board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement tailored ABA therapy plans for our clients. You will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions, tracking data, and providing support to clients and their families. Your compassionate and patient approach will help our clients build confidence, develop new skills, and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and revise therapy plans as needed Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and RBT certification required Ability to pass a background check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
