We're excited to invite a Behavior Technicians to join our dynamic team, working alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver life-changing care. Why Work With Us? As an BT, you'll play a key role in empowering our clients by implementing individualized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and seeing the impact of your work firsthand. We are also different. No other organization pays you a commission on the hours you have worked. But Therapia Autism does, every 4 months, you will get a check of a percentage of the hours you have worked. This is outside your hourly pay.

What You'll Do:

Implement personalized care plans designed by our BCBA to ensure positive behavior changes. Collect and track behavioral data to monitor progress. Apply ABA techniques to help manage behaviors and develop vital life skills. Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team for comprehensive client support. Continuously grow through training opportunities and professional development in behavior management.

What We're Looking For:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or working towards that credentialing. Experience in developmental disabilities or behavioral health settings is highly valued. Strong understanding of ABA, behavior management, and data collection. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage with clients and families. Team player with a self-driven attitude committed to ethical standards and confidentiality.
