This full-time, onsite contract position is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) committed to positive change and professional growth. You will work closely with an elementary caseload of 25-30 students, collaborating alongside educators and support staff to develop and implement customized behavior intervention plans.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Current Massachusetts BCBA certification is required Prior experience in school settings or with elementary-age students is highly beneficial Solid understanding of applied behavior analysis methodologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families Ability to design, monitor, and adjust customized behavior plans based on ongoing student data and team feedback

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for assigned students Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized intervention strategies Consult and train teachers and staff on behavior management techniques and data collection Track student progress, document findings, and prepare clear, actionable reports Attend team meetings and contribute to positive student outcomes through collaborative problem-solving Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by licensing authorities and the district
