Job Description

Step into a meaningful role supporting middle school students in an inclusive educational setting. This full-time, contract position is available for an immediate start and will run through December 18, 2026, with the districts intent to renew in 3-month intervals. In this supportive environment, you'll work alongside a dedicated team helping students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive in general education classrooms. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will be crucial as you collaborate with educators and team members to implement and monitor effective behavioral interventions. As someone passionate about fostering student growth, your role will have a lasting impact on both students and the school community.
Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required Must also be certified as a behavior technician (BT) Open to applicants with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials; the district does not provide BCBA supervision Previous school-based ABA experience is a must Strong skills in ABA strategies and intervention Reliable transportation for daily commute is essential Must reside within a comfortable distance from the school Paraprofessionals are not eligible for this role
