Responsibilities Include:

Evaluate students for services through data collection, teacher reports, observations, checklists and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) Develop appropriate behavior support plans, social skills curriculum and ensure consistency in programming Oversee the development of data-collection and behavioral procedures in order to monitor target behaviors and student progress Develop and create objective and measurable individualized IEP goals and objectives. Ensure ABA strategies, behavior plans, and reinforcement systems are implemented consistently and accurately in the childcare setting Provide student progress toward goals and objectives through IEP progress reports and IEP meetings Support teachers/staff regarding behavioral management plans/procedures Provide teachers/staff with resources, tools, and modeling of techniques Work with students 1:1 or in small groups Complete needed reports, paperwork and job-related assignments in a timely manner Work collaboratively with related service providers Participate in district offered professional development
