Job Description

Step into a dynamic school environment where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will positively shape student outcomes. As a valued professional in this contract position, you'll partner with educators, students, and families to develop and oversee effective behavior intervention plans, directly contributing to a supportive and successful learning atmosphere. Your skills will be integral in assessing student needs, implementing tailored supports, and providing guidance to staff. Qualifications & Experience:
Valid BCBA certification required Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Proven ability to train and support educational staff on behavior strategies Passion for fostering inclusive, positive educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized intervention plans Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed for maximum effectiveness Deliver staff training and ongoing consultation on behavior management techniques Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to support student success Ensure compliance with all relevant educational and ethical standards Maintain detailed records and documentation in line with school policies This contract opportunity places you at the heart of student development, providing the flexibility to work alongside a dedicated educational team while honing your clinical skills.
