Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred Familiarity with evidence-based behavior intervention strategies Strong communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Ability to maintain accurate, confidential records and follow treatment plans Compassion, patience, and adaptability when supporting students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect data and track student progress, reporting findings regularly Work 1:1 or in small groups with students, using positive reinforcement techniques Support classroom teachers by modeling behavioral strategies and integrating interventions seamlessly into daily routines Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed This position offers the chance to make a lasting difference, enriching the educational journey of students who benefit from your dedication and skills.
