Job Description

RBT Coach Rise Behavioral Health Services, LLC — West Springfield / Worcester, MA Full-Time, Salaried | $48,000-$58,000/year About the Role Rise is hiring an RBT Coach to lead onboarding and field training for our newest Registered Behavior Technicians. This is a hands-on coaching role — you'll work directly with new hires in the field, model treatment procedures, and help them build the skills and confidence to work independently, all under BCBA guidance. Unlike a traditional RBT role, this position carries a lighter direct-service caseload so you can focus on training, coaching, and quality support across the ABA program. You'll also step in for direct client care during staffing gaps or cancellations. What You'll Do Train and coach newly hired RBTs and Behavior Technicians in the field, including modeling session structure, prompting, reinforcement, and data collection Observe sessions and give real-time, constructive feedback Support treatment fidelity by modeling correct implementation of DTT, NET, and other ABA procedures written by the supervising BCBA Track new-hire progress and flag training needs or concerns to BCBAs and Clinical Supervisors Provide direct-service coverage during cancellations or staffing shortages Help identify and improve onboarding and training processes across the program What You Bring Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Human Services, Special Education, or a related field Active RBT certification required Experience providing ABA services to children or individuals with developmental/behavioral needs Comfort coaching, mentoring, or training other technicians Strong communication and feedback skills; ability to work independently while staying connected to your supervising team Requirements Reliable personal vehicle for travel between client homes and community-based service locations (required daily; carpooling/rideshare does not meet this requirement)
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
