Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Treatment Planning:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI strategies for children ages 18 months to 6 years.
Supervise & Mentor:
Lead and mentor a team of 5 - 6 Behavior Therapists through weekly individual and group supervision, building confident and skilled practitioners.
Family Partnership:
Implement a structured, curriculum-based parent training model which helps families learn NDBI strategies to practice and use at home.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans proactively to drive meaningful milestones.
Collaborative Care:
Work closely with fellow BCBAs and report to a Clinical Director who is invested in both your growth and the quality of care delivered.
Clinical Growth:
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by integrating current research and best practices in Autism and ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
BCBA certification (required). Experience delivering ABA therapy to young, Autistic children, preferably under age 6. NDBI experience preferred (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER). Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
