This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by implementing evidence-based interventions rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As an RBT, you will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and support independence. Your energetic approach and compassionate nature will help foster positive growth and progress for those you serve. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and hygiene to promote independence. Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching functional language and social interaction techniques. Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across care plans and therapeutic approaches. Follow ethical guidelines outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering direct behavioral therapy. Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially within special education or home-based behavioral settings. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and implementing ABA therapy protocols. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred. Ability to assist with ADLs and provide patient care in a compassionate manner. Excellent client communication skills to effectively engage clients and their families. Must demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, and adherence to confidentiality standards under HIPAA regulations. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 15.0 per week
