Position Summary Flywheel Centers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with autism in Atlanta, Georgia 30315. You'll implement an individualized treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while receiving ongoing supervision, mentorship, and clinical support from an experienced ABA team. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with autism Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA Teach communication, social, behavioral, self-help, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques Collect accurate session data and complete required clinical documentation Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team Follow professional, ethical, safety, and HIPAA guidelines Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision, training, and professional development Help your client build meaningful skills that support greater independence and success Qualifications Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience Experience working with children with autism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule Preferred Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field Previous experience providing one-on-one ABA therapy Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs Why Join Flywheel Centers?
