Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a classroom or educational setting Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and data collection Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability to follow directions from supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and adapt to the needs of diverse learners Demonstrated patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting individuals with varying behavioral needs

Role Responsibilities:

Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions according to the students individualized plan Collect accurate and timely data on student behaviors and progress Collaborate closely with educational staff and supervisors to ensure continuity of care Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions Foster a supportive environment that encourages student engagement and positive behavior Adapt strategies and interventions as needed under the guidance of a BCBA This contract assignment offers a fantastic chance to grow your skills within the school system, work with dedicated colleagues, and have a positive impact on students lives.
