Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Hagerstown, MD ($105-$120)

Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals at Able Minds ABA in Hagerstown, MD. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, including skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills training NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 1 year of experience as a BCBA or equivalent experience in ABA therapy Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams
