Now Hiring:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Afternoon ABA cases in the Laurel area, with additional cases available in Bowie and Upper Marlboro . Jade ABA is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon ABA cases in the Laurel area, with additional opportunities in Bowie and Upper Marlboro . We offer the opportunity to work with multiple clients within the same area , allowing for more consistent weekly hours and a structured schedule while minimizing travel between sessions. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect data and track client progress Collaborate with families and caregivers Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development What We're Looking For Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children, preferably with ASD Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in home-based settings Reliable transportation Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs. Compensation & Schedule $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience) Afternoon and after-school cases available 20-40 hours per week Monday-Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available) Why Join Jade ABA?
