Beaming Kids ABA is seeking an RBT who is warm, patient, and engaging, with experience supporting adolescents on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building rapport, promoting independence, and implementing individualized social , communication and behavior goals in a consistent and compassionate manner. We provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and developmental delays. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties Below you will find some characteristics of the activities required Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBAs and participate in team meetings. Implement individualized ABA treatment programs as directed by your BCBA. Maintain accurate, detailed session notes and data logs for each session. Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings. Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and professional environment for clients and families. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Active RBT certification required, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment while working under appropriate supervision, as permitted by applicable law and payer requirements. Previous experience working with children or in ABA is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be reliable and punctual Must have reliable transportation, including the ability to travel to assigned client residences as required. A valid driver's license may be required depending on client assignment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable law.
