Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Previous experience in a school environment highly desirable Knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and the ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families Familiarity with current ABA practices and compliance standards Ability to manage multiple cases in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students Provide direct support and training to teachers and staff in ABA techniques and behavior management strategies Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring continuity of care and support Document services according to school and district policies Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams Serve as a resource for families, offering guidance and support as part of the educational process This part-time, flexible position allows you to make a significant contribution while maintaining great work-life balance.
