Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational environments Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and relevant interventions Exceptional communication, consultation, and collaboration skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Familiarity with conducting functional behavior assessments and staff training
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop targeted, data-driven intervention plans Support students with varying behavioral and academic needs through direct services and ongoing progress monitoring Train and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff on ABA best practices and strategies Foster open communication with families to ensure consistency between home and school settings Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
