9676376-04106 Job Description Seeking an experienced BCBA ready to make a meaningful contribution in an engaging full-time contract role running through June 2027. This opportunity allows you to deliver behavioral analysis services within a supportive school environment, helping students thrive and ensuring a positive impact on their educational experiences. Starting as soon as possible, youll join a team dedicated to empowering students and collaborating closely with school staff and families.
Key Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience working in a school-based or educational setting is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, educators, and families Strong assessment, data collection, and analysis capabilities Knowledge of current best practices in behavioral interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct support, coaching, and modeling for school staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment Maintain accurate records, documentation, and regular communication with stakeholders
