Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with enthusiasm and precision. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each child. Monitor and document progress, providing insightful feedback to enhance treatment strategies. Engage with children in a positive and supportive manner, fostering a joyful learning environment. Communicate effectively with families, offering guidance and support to reinforce learning at home. Participate in ongoing training sessions to continually refine your skills and knowledge. Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring personalized care and attention.
Qualifications:
Experience in implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Proven track record of monitoring and documenting progress, providing insightful feedback. Skill in engaging children through structured activities that promote holistic development. Capacity to maintain a positive and encouraging environment that fosters learning. Adaptability in modifying strategies to meet the evolving needs of children. Strong communication skills to effectively update families on progress and achievements.
