Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioral therapy services, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young adults by applying evidence-based practices within a supportive clinical environment. The BCBA will collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Conduct behavioral assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, primarily children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members in delivering effective interventions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized care plans. Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral health and special education. Requirements Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards. Experience working within a behavioral health or special education setting is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members effectively. Commitment to patient care excellence, ethical practices, and ongoing professional development. Pay:
$87,246.18 - $95,049.16 per year
