Lapeer Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop proactive, individualized intervention strategies Collaborate daily with a supportive team to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes for the student Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed based on data and team feedback Provide training and consultation to staff and family members involved in the student's care Foster a supportive, positive environment that promotes growth and learning This position offers a steady, Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30am to 2:45pm onsite, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while contributing meaningfully during the school year calendar through June 2027.
