Behavior Technician — $16-18/hour

Mercy Plus is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors — real, visible progress you'll see week to week.

What you need:
