Job Description

Join Centria Autism as a Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician and support children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy. In this entry-level, full-time role, you'll work in a center setting, implementing treatment plans designed by BCBAs, running structured teaching and play-based sessions, and collecting accurate behavior data. You'll collaborate closely with a clinical team, receive structured training, and have clear career paths to advance in ABA. This mission-driven role is ideal for bilingual candidates passionate about helping Spanish-speaking children and families thrive. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans with fidelity Collect and record accurate behavior and skill acquisition data each session Support Spanish-speaking children and families with clear, compassionate communication Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment and follow behavior management protocols Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team on client progress and program updates Complete required documentation and session notes in a timely, accurate manner Participate in initial and ongoing ABA training, coaching, and performance feedback Adhere to ethical, clinical, and confidentiality standards, including HIPAAAssist with session setup, cleanup, and center routines as needed Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) basics Behavior data collection Implementation of behavior intervention plans Spanish-English bilingual communication Child behavior management Use of electronic health record or data systems Safety and crisis prevention basics Collaboration with clinical teams Basic report and session note documentation Adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
