Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Locations:

Hamtramck and Troy, MI Shift - Monday-Friday, Day shifts •Hiring for contract, contract to hire, or permanent salary/full-time•Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this energetic and impactful position, you will design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral interventions rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your expertise will help improve the lives of clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions, fostering meaningful progress through personalized care plans. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Perform client assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine eligibility for services and establish baseline functioning levels. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality. Participate in intake processes for new clients, conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment goals aligned with client needs. $58.00 per hour
