Job Title:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Assignment Length:
Initial 13-week contract, with likelihood of extension or conversion
Location:
Hamtramck, MI Shift:
Mon-Fri, 8a-4p, no weekends
Pay Rate:
$64/hour
Job Summary:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and administer applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities in the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA, parent/teacher training, business, marketing and philanthropic activities to promote and develop the program in the Health System and the community at large. Actively participates in a multi-disciplinary team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee all behavioral treatment programs to meet the varied needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) including; Identify individual needs for treatment using skill acquisition, assessments and functional behavior assessments. Develop comprehensive, individual behavior treatment plans for individuals with autism and related disorders Provide required supervision for treatment plan implementation by ABA therapists. Consult with other service providers for patients (speech pathologists, occupational therapists, pediatricians, psychiatrists, etc.) to collaborate and coordinate services. Perform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree Current BCBA licensure Minimum of one year experience with five years being preferred
EPIC EMR
experience preferred Experience working as a part of a larger hospital system preferred Base level Excel skill required Who We Are?
