Key Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Experience working in both General Education (GE) and Special Education (SE) settings strongly preferred. Proven skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP). Capability to train, coach, and model behavioral interventions for educational staff. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for diverse student populations. Develop and implement individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans. Provide hands-on coaching and modeling for intervention strategies. Guide education teams in effective data collection and interpretation. Evaluate current interventions and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Promote prevention strategies across GE and SE classrooms. Facilitate professional development sessions for school staff. Conduct classroom observations and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
