Behavior Technician(BT/RBT): Candidates must have a 40-hr ABA Certificate of Training. If not, Footprints offers access to free paid training, including a 40-hour ABA Certificate Course, to support your journey in becoming an exceptional ABA professional. Possess a minimum 2nd year undergraduate in Special Education/Children Development or related field (BA/BS level education preferred) with direct experience in delivering Applied Behavior Analytic programs to children on the autism spectrum. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience. This position entails implementing Applied Behavior Analytic programs and working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
