We are hiring for a s enior-level licensed esthetician / corrective skincare provider , not an entry-level esthetician. Someone passionate about their job and sales. This role is for someone experienced, stable, client-ready, and comfortable with both service performance and aftercare-based product sales. The Thursday, Friday, and Saturday hours of work required are non-negotiable. Experience Requirement

• Must have an active Michigan esthetician or cosmetology license.
• Must have at least 5+ years of paid hands-on esthetics experience.
• 8-10+ years is strongly preferred.
• This is not for someone just out of school or someone who still needs basic provider training.
• Ideal candidates should have experience in corrective facials, waxing, body treatments, intimate-area services, medspa services, skincare retail, client retention, and rebooking. Sales Requirement
• Product sales are not optional at HueVine.

Providers are expected to recommend aftercare products as part of the treatment. This is not "extra selling." It is part of the service protocol and client results.

Candidates must be comfortable:

• Explaining aftercare routines
• Recommending homecare products
• Selling skincare products after services
• Upgrading clients into the appropriate corrective services
• Rebooking clients
• Talking through treatment plans
• Asking for the sale confidently and professionally If a candidate is uncomfortable selling aftercare and products, they are not a good fit for HueVine. Interview Requirement
• During the interview, the candidate must complete a mock consultation and aftercare product sales role-play.

Example scenario:

A client comes in for an underarm lightening/smoothing treatment, Brazilian wax, or corrective facial. The candidate needs to explain the treatment, recommend the correct aftercare products, explain how to use them, handle hesitation, and close the sale. We need to see that they can actually educate and sell — not just say they are comfortable selling. Pay Structure

• First 90 days:
• $16/hr
• 5% service commission
• 5% product commission
• tips.

After 90 days and all requirements met, your wages can be revisited for negotiation.
