Position Summary We are seeking a caring, energetic, and motivated Behavioral Technician (BT) to join our growing team! The Behavioral Technician will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy in the center/ home. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Collect accurate and timely data on each client's progress. Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills. Participate in regular team meetings, training, and supervision sessions. Foster a positive, engaging, and safe environment for clients and families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred). Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred but not required — we offer training and supervision for certification). Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is an advantage. Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
