Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Previous experience in school settings or working with children/adolescents with ASD preferred Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and ethical standards Compassionate demeanor, patience, and keen observation skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families Reliable time management and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:
