Clinical Job Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans, skill-acquisition programs, and teaching protocols under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients in home, center, school, and/or community-based settings, as assigned. Collect and accurately record client data during each session according to BCBA direction and organizational requirements. Complete required session documentation accurately and within established timelines. Attend required team meetings, staff meetings, supervision sessions, and trainings. Follow all administrative procedures and organizational policies, including requirements related to timekeeping, documentation, attendance, training, and communication. Follow all client-specific safety protocols and behavior support plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. Professional Expectations Demonstrate professional, respectful, open, and timely communication with clients, families, supervisors, coworkers, and administrative staff. Communicate effectively, both expressively and receptively, while utilizing the critical-thinking skills necessary to support successful client programming. Accept and appropriately implement feedback, coaching, and clinical direction provided by supervising clinicians. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and client confidentiality at all times. Adhere to applicable BACB ethical requirements and professional standards under the supervision and support of the assigned BCBA. Maintain reliable transportation necessary to provide assigned in-home and community-based services. Maintain access to an appropriate electronic device for virtual meetings, communication, training, and data collection. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled client sessions, meetings, trainings, and other assigned responsibilities. Immediately communicate concerns regarding client safety, changes in client status, incidents, or barriers to providing services to the appropriate supervisor.
