Other, full time Position Details The GOISD is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support students in center-based programs and local education agencies (LEAs). The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in collaboration with educators and support staff to implement behavior intervention plans, teach critical skills, and promote positive outcomes for students with behavioral challenges. Individuals without RBT certification must be willing to obtain certification upon hire. Duties may vary based on specific assignments or locations. Duties may also change at any time based on administration or BCBA reexamination of student or program needs. The administration will determine the best RBT reassignments to meet student, classroom, and program needs. Schedules may change frequently to accommodate needs.
