Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, feeding, and hygiene to promote independence and self-care skills Collect and record behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment plans Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols tailored to each client's needs, including behavior management strategies Support clients during structured teaching sessions focused on social skills, communication, and functional behaviors Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality Collaborate with supervisors, educators, and families to develop and update individualized care plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Provide compassionate patient care in home-based or clinical settings, fostering a positive environment for learning and growth Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of special education principles, behavior management techniques, and ABA therapy implementation Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards Ability to collect behavioral data systematically and accurately in various settings Excellent client communication skills with a professional and ethical approach aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Prior experience in home-based behavioral therapy or school environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs and support clients' functional skill development Passionate about making a positive impact through behavioral health services Join us to empower individuals through innovative behavioral health solutions!
