The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to enhance the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during sessions. Assist in the development of care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Provide support in various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive, engaging, and safe environment for clients. Requirements Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. Knowledge of special education practices and behavioral health principles. Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Previous experience in behavioral therapy is preferred but not mandatory. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
