We believe quality ABA should be compassionate, individualized, dignity-forward, and meaningful to the client and family. We are looking for a BCBA who wants to be part of a team—not just manage a caseload. Our BCBAs work closely with RBTs, families, fellow BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other professionals to provide well-rounded care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and inform treatment planning. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Lead clinical supervision sessions for behavior technicians and staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and best practices in behavior analysis. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client progress to make data-driven decisions and adjust interventions as needed. Provide training and support to families, educators, and caregivers on behavior management strategies and ABA techniques. Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Communicate effectively with clients' families, school personnel, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and ongoing support for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. Requirements Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification. Experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies. Proven experience conducting behavioral health assessments including intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality documentation and data collection standards.
