Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and analyze client data. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA principles. Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment fidelity. Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and long-term success. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care. Ensure services are delivered ethically and in compliance with BACB standards and applicable regulations. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities. Required Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or eligibility for licensure, as required by the state). Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience providing ABA services to children and/or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities. Strong leadership, supervision, and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
