Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services for children with autism. In this mission-driven, child-centered role, you will conduct assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, and lead behavior technicians delivering in-home and center-based therapy. You will collaborate closely with families, provide parent training, and ensure data-driven clinical decisions. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments for children with autism, including FBAs and skills assessments. Develop and update individualized, data-driven treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices. Supervise, train, and coach behavior technicians implementing ABA treatment programs. Monitor progress through regular data review, session notes, and clinical documentation. Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization at home and in the community. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic care for each child. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and team case reviews.
