Qualifications:
BCBA, Special Education Teacher (Tier 3 or 4 MN license required), or School Social Worker Experience consulting and implementing positive behavioral interventions in school settings Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and training for staff Flexibility to support 2-3 school sites
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized positive behavior supports Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on proactive student programming Collect and analyze data for informed behavioral decision-making Train staff in best practices for behavioral supports and de-escalation Participate in the development of individualized education plans Maintain compliance with policies and safety procedures
