Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a full-time Behavior Analyst in a contract role within a vibrant school environment. This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate across elementary, middle, and high school settings, utilizing your skills as a Behavior Specialist to empower students and promote positive behavioral change. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing consultation to educators and support staff. You'll offer hands-on, evidence-based guidance, participate in IEP meetings, and track student progress, ensuring interventions are always adapted to best meet student needs. Candidates should bring experience working in school settings at various grade levels, along with exceptional teamwork and communication skills. A solid background as a Behavior Analyst and familiarity with behavior management strategies are essential to providing the highest level of support to students and staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certification as a Behavior Analyst (e.g., BCBA or equivalent) Experience delivering behavior support services in elementary, middle, and high schools Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavioral interventions Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts clearly Dedication to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
