Youll have a unique role as a float, supporting a variety of age groups throughout multiple school sites. Flexible scheduling may be available for those seeking either full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time arrangements through June 2026.

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification and appropriate state licensure Previous experience in schools or educational settings preferred Ability to collaborate with paraeducators, RBTs, CNAs, LPNs, and other staff Excellent organizational and communication skills Adaptability to float between sites and adjust to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support to school teams and caregivers Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff to implement effective behavioral strategies Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans as needed Offer guidance and supervision for classroom support staff as applicable Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support plans
