Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students Provide direct and consultative behavioral support within classroom settings Train and guide teachers and support staff in implementing effective behavioral interventions Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing treatment adjustments Participate in IEP meetings and document progress in alignment with district requirements Engage with families to foster consistency and generalization of behavioral strategies beyond the classroom Enjoy the flexibility and variety of a contract role, allowing you to focus on what you do best—transforming students' educational experiences through specialized behavioral expertise.
