Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify causes of challenging behaviors. Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data. Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior strategies. Create data collection systems to monitor student progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with parents to ensure consistency across environments. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Qualifications:

Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Relevant experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges. Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans. Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with school teams and families. Must meet licensure requirements for behavior analysts in Minnesota.
