Role:
Full Time District Wide Supervision of RBTs Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students. Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to implement evidence-based strategies and interventions. Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school setting is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
