Shining Steps ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-person ABA therapy to children with autism in the Ballwin area (63011) and surrounding communities. Schedule Part-time, primarily weekday evenings from 4:00 to 7:00 PM (after-school hours) A great fit alongside school, another job, or a BCBA graduate program

Pay Registered RBTs:

$21 to $23 per hour Behavior Technicians not yet registered: $18 to $20 per hour Who we're looking for Active RBT credential strongly preferred Experience working with children, ideally in ABA, special education, or childcare Reliable transportation and availability for consistent after-school sessions High school diploma or equivalent; able to pass a background check What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions following treatment plans written by your supervising BCBA Collect accurate session data and write session notes Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills Partner with families and your clinical team Why Shining Steps ABA Ongoing BCBA supervision and training Supportive, collaborative team Growth opportunities as we expand in the area To apply, submit your resume.
