$85,000-$87,350/year Full-Time | $51/hour Part-TimeWe are seeking a BCBA to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team serving children ages 2-7 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).The program uses a play-based, child-centered ABA approach influenced by the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) rather than primarily traditional DTT.OpeningsGrain Valley:

Up to approximately 25 billable hours/week Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and initial evaluations
- Develop and update treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervise RBTs
- Conduct RBT competency assessments
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Review data and modify programming
- Maintain clinical documentation
- Collaborate with OT, PT, Speech, and other team members
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews Requirements
- Master's degree or higher
- Current BCBA certification
- Active Missouri BCBA license
- Experience working with children with ASD
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in an on-site pediatric setting
- CPR certification or ability to obtain it
